Sabit Masoor Simple.
Ingredient.
same as for all dal.
masoor 1 cup
zeera 1tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
onion 1medium chopped
salt to taste
mirch tostaste
ginger + garlic paste 1 TBS
add these ingredients and 3 cups of water on cooker for 15 min other wise till it becomes disolved.
add 2 tbs of oil when it is tender.
Tarka
free lehsan cloves zeera sabit mirch and add on cooked dal.
Daal Gosht.
Add qorma in it according to the quantity of dal e.g if 2 cups of dal use 1/2kg qorma in it.
Cook for 15 min more.
Khatty Dal
for simple or dal gosht use two table spoon of tamarind or imli pulp in it and add tarka in the end.
