Ingredients
1 cup moong dal 1/2 cup masoor
1halde.
2zeera
3namak
4mirch
5 temator
6lehsan adrak.
Method
Take a cup of moong dal and a cup of masoor add water triple of water in it.
now add halde half tsp mirch 2 tsp namak 1ts lehsan adrak paste tomatoes almost 2 large.
now cook them for half an hour until dal totally disolve.now add oil and make it thick.
now take some oil heat it add karee pata and lesan cloves and sabit lal mirch zeera fry it and add in dal.
Tip.
If you are in hurry add cornflour a tablespoon in it to make it thick.
Dum ki Moong Dall
This is very delicious recipy.
Ingredients are same as above describes but method is slightly changes.
Method.
Frey a small onion till light brown now add mirch namak temator and zeera fry this masalah add turmeric too.
Now take a cup of moong dal and after washing it add in this masala.now add just 2 cups of water and cook on slow heat,
Now add hare mirch(green chilli) and coriander (dhanya )
