It is very easy recipy you can use in every dal gosht.
Ingredients
chicken 1kg
choti ilaichi. 5-6
long 4-5
lehsan +ginger paste 2 Tbs
yogurt 1/2kg
fries onion 5medium
salt to taste
mirch to taste
Method
fry any meat either(chicken,beef,mutton) with ginger garlic paste ilaichi and long..now make paste of yogurt and fried brown onion.add this paste in meat now add Mirch and salt now fry till it leaves oil add i teaspoon of rooh kewara and qorma is ready.
